500g cut and de-seeded watermelon
200g sliced and de-seeded litchi
3 cups crushed ice
2 tbsps sugar
½ cup Bacardi rum
1 cup cranberry juice
Sprig of mint to garnish
Crush the ice in a blender then transfer to a jug. Blend watermelon and litchi together. Then add the sugar and the Bacardi rum. Add this mixture to the jug and finally add the juice. Give a little stir and bombs away. Use the sprig of mint to garnish the cocktail.
